Air Filter Factory’s Industrial Galvanized Steel Mist Eliminator Filters can be used in an array of applications. Whether is it in a commercial/ industrial application or in some residential applications. Perfect filters for swamp coolers, commercial fryers, industrial warehouses, roof top units, economizers and chillers. These filters can be used in succession or alone. Application: The Galvanized Moisture Eliminator serves two crucial functions: primarily, it collects water droplets and oil mist from the air stream and diverts them to a drain. Secondarily, it acts as a washable, low-efficiency particulate filter. Designed for outside air ducts, side-access housings, and built-up filter banks.

Construction: The media pack is composed of a 18 gauge metal frame that encloses the media pack. The media pack is made up of multiple layers of Corrugated and Flat screen wire positioned vertically to drain efficiently. The pack is placed between 2 layers of expanded metal that are made to fit snugly within the frame.

This allows the filter to be extremely durable and durable. The filter has drain holes at the bottom of the filter that are 3/8″ diameter. The top of the filter has drain holes that are correctly positioned for proper drainage and airflow. The frame is mitered with rounded corners and is held in place by pop-rivet
