STANDARD 2″ 304 STAINLESS STEEL WASHABLE FILTER

Construction: The 304 Stainless Steel Filter delivers unmatched durability for air and grease filtration. Its sturdy 304 stainless steel frame withstands intense heat up to 900°F and tough cleaning chemicals. The heavy-gauge mesh design optimizes filtration efficiency, making this the ideal filter for challenging applications demanding superior performance.

Performance: The stainless steel filter has a maximum temperature range of 900 degrees Fahrenheit. It can retain 240 grams of grease or 300 grams of dust per 400 square inches of filter area. When clean, the filter has a resistance of 0.075 inches of water gauge at 350 feet per minute air velocity.

Material: The filter element shall be constructed of stainless steel sheet expanded to 0.032 strand thickness. The frame shall be fabricated from type 304 stainless steel sheet, minimum 0.024 inch thick, and assembled using stainless steel rivets.
